Terms of purchase and delivery

Your order will be shipped (in a beautiful package) no more than five (5) business days following receipt of payment.

For tailor-made orders or reserving out-of-stock items, we’ll tell you the delivery times by email.

Our packages are shipped by gina the stork (or Canada Post)

For delivery in Canada, a single $10 fee applies for standard shipping. And any order over $99 receives FREE shipping!

For international shipping, Canada Post’s current rates will be adjusted according to the order and destination. Warning, if you choose the lowest fee ("small packet international air") your order will travel WiTHOUT a tracking number. If you choose "tracked packet - international" you will receive a tracking number.

Snif, your order is still not there! When is it time to worry (and contact us)?

In Canada, if you haven't anything the day following the shipment estimate, write us to check on your package.

Outside Canada, a waiting period of approximately 8 weeks after the shipping date is inevitable before contacting us. This allows the parcel to cross the ocean, wait at the post office, and come back to us if it wasn't claimed. Only then can we emit a reclamation to Canada Post for a lost parcel.

In our experience, generally, the parcel waits quietly for you at your local post office.


For all orders made outside of Canada, any customs fees are at the customer’s expense.

Exchange or returns

Check to make sure your merchandise is in good condition when you receive it. Please advise us within ten (10) business days following receipt of your package if you want to make a claim.

In the event of withdrawal, only the price of the purchased items will be reimbursed, provided that they are not damaged and that they are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging. Shipping and return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

In the event that the goods delivered are defective, Raplapla will reimburse the customer or exchange the items. In such an event, the shipping and return shipping costs will be reimbursed to the customer upon appropriate justification. The reimbursement will take place within one (1) month.
